Karl will come over anytime theres an emergency and suck out a flooded basement, pet mark, or show you just how much those name brands missed!!! It was amazing. and he even propped the furniture up on disposable blocks so i wouldnt get rust under the couch.. that he moved to clean under! most people just go around it. He's also very considerate in the summer time, with door drafts to keep the cool in and the bugs out when his hoses are obstructing the door. 5+stars!!

I came here due to a recommendation. The first time I came in, Jerry helped me look for carpet…read moresamples. And he was wonderful and did not try to push the most expensive carpet at me. He told me exactly what to look for in picking a great quality carpet. I took some samples home that day but was not able to make up my mind so I returned them. There was absolutely no pressure from anyone. Fast forward to a month later, I came back in to look at carpet with a fresh eye. Once again, I took home some samples after spending a good bit of time with Jerry going through everything they had once again. I very much appreciated how honest he was in telling me that the most expensive carpet is not necessarily going to be the one that wears the best. When I had decided on a carpet, Jay came to my house to measure everything and to give me a quote. We talked through which of the three different carpets would be the best one for me. He showed up when he said he would be there and was very quick and efficient in doing the measuring and writing up the quote. I gave him a deposit and he said they would be calling me once the carpet was ordered and they knew it was in stock. He did say they were about four weeks out on installation so I was very pleasantly surprised when they called and offered me a date much sooner than I expected. I talked to them the day before my carpet was to be installed and found out what to expect and when they would arrive. Larry and his wife, Emily, showed up the next morning and got right to work. They had the old carpet ripped out quickly and cleaned up everything before installing the new padding. When Larry first got there he measured everything and called in the measurements for the cuts the carpet needed. Another employee showed up with the actual carpet that had been cut into the specific measurements that Larry called in. Larry and Emily worked very hard and well together without even taking much of a break during the day. They made sure to finish one entire area before they left for the day. They made sure that everything was cleaned up and what had been installed that day was vacuumed and ready for furniture to go back on it. And they were back early the next morning to finish the job. Sadly, we determined that there was a manufacturing defect in an area of the carpet that they had not seen. Larry did everything in his power and went above and beyond to make sure it was as unnoticeable as possible. He also reached out to Jay and told him about the defect and sent pictures. The day after the installation I called and spoke to Jerry who took a message for Jay to call me. Jerry apologized profusely for something that was not their fault. But he assured me that things would be taken care of. Jay called me the next day and was extremely fair in the resolution he offered. I would highly recommend them for many reasons. Shopping for carpet from them was a great experience due to all of the help from Jerry. Larry and Emily did a fantastic job in installing the carpet. And Jay was very responsive, as the owner, and fair in the resolution that he offered. What could have been a horrible experience turned out to be the best case scenario. I will definitely be calling them again the next time I need more carpet.

He listened to what I wanted and what my budget range was and -GASP- showed me options in that range! I picked one out....and then waited two years before deciding it was time to move on the flooring upgrade. Well, it is no surprise that what I picked was no longer available. But I endeavored on and chose another option. Jerry helped me this time, and even earmarked my choice for a couple of months while we figured out which floors to do/not do. He has the patience of a saint! Our installers were great. The two worked well together, were kind, friendly, and did great work. They explained all they were doing, and worked straight through (in spite of me asking if they needed a lunch break). Very happy with our new flooring that was within our budget and installed by people who obviously knew what they were doing and did it well. Might we have found cheaper elsewhere? Possibly. But cheaper isn't always better and doesn't often give you good workmanship and honest salesmen. Thank you, JR Flooring!
