Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. I'm happy to say after a full month and a heavy rain the ceiling is dry. I would recommend this company and will reach out to them again for anymore roofing needs :)

Extremely disappointing experience -- poor communication and refusal to stand behind their work…read more When M Roofing was hired, I am sure professionalism and accountability was expected, but my experience has been the complete opposite. After discovering a roof leak due to a nail improperly placed below the nail line (a clear workmanship issue), I reached out for support under their supposed warranty. Not only did I receive no assistance -- I was met with months of complete silence. When the owner, Michael Eason, finally responded, the response was dismissive and attempted to shift the blame onto the gutter system -- even though the growing hole was several feet away. A second roofing company quickly identified the actual issue and completed a repair, after which we've had zero problems -- confirming that the leak was caused by faulty installation. Even more frustrating, M Roofing refused to reimburse the $758 I paid out of pocket because I didn't take a photo of the nail hole while I was on the roof. At the time, I was simply trying to address an urgent and growing leak in my roof -- not gather evidence for a fight I didn't yet know I'd be forced into. The fact that they demand photographic proof from a homeowner in a vulnerable situation -- instead of owning their mistake -- says everything you need to know about how this company operates. To make matters worse, I was told they did the work for the previous owner (my grandmother, which I stated to him in the beginning-months ago) and the warranty didn't apply due to a lack of "formal transfer" during the home purchase -- a process that was never mentioned or explained in any prior communication. This feels like a convenient excuse to dodge accountability for poor workmanship. I've given M Roofing every opportunity to do the right thing. Their refusal to take responsibility or even acknowledge the issue speaks volumes about their business practices. Avoid this company if you value honesty, quality, or even basic customer service.

This was extremely helpful for me as I live out of state and was trying to monitor and manage the work from afar. Jose explained all the work to us in advance and went over all options with us before we started. They provided a detailed estimated that went over all the work that was found after the roof was inspected. After the project was completed they have been very helpful on follow up items and provided me all the paperwork for my warranty as well as managing the permit with the city that was opened.
