Called to setup appointment gave them information they asked for. Called the day prior to confirm appointment and they had misplaced the address of where they were needing to be. Well that was a red flag but needed service because other cranes where not available when we needed. They were there to provide the service we needed but in the process damaged homeowners property! This was very upsetting for both the property owner and us. After several attempts we were able to talk to the owner of American Crane Services. They agreed to pay for damages but they kept giving the run around. The Owner implied that after the fact that they always had hiccups but the hiccups never make it to court. My opinion is that they don't do right because they know they can get away with it. They ended not paying for the damage they caused. Of course we were not going to let this experience go south so we ended up rectifying the situation with our customer by paying for the damages ourselves. At the end our customer was satisfied with our services. American Cranes of Odessa was very unprofessional, rude, and used foul language. Will not be using them in the future.

Let me first say, we had informed the new manager MULTIPLE times that it was our unit and he made the decision to rid all of our stuff in that unit including new furniture we had stored there. The excuse was that he couldn't find a name attached to the unit even though we let him know multiple times it was ours. I had even asked for him to put a new lock and his response was "it's better if you do that yourself". Then instead of calling or trying to "find out" who the unit belong to he got rid of our belongings. Stuff that will NEVER be returned to us or never be compensated for. Sorry, but we never had problems with CFC for the last 6 years until now. Just BE AWARE.
