The reviews were mixed but it really was our only choice (4 pm on a Friday night). Upon entering the shop office we received a warm greeting and quick service. I didn't ask for an estimate for how much the repair would cost (as it was our only option and way better than staying over night in Limon waiting to check other shops in the morning). To the point: we received great, friendly service. I was skeptical about the report that the tire had blown out of the sidewall so the repairman offered to bring the tire out to show me the damage. When I asked him to check over the rest of the tires he agreed to do so. I'm very thankful to have stumbled into this shop and given the unfortunate situation again I would go back without hesitation. The bill for a new tire (front right on a BMW 328xi) balance and labor was around $130.00 and took about an hour and a half (they had to wait for the correct tire to be delivered from another dealership). So as far as getting a tired fixed at this location - go for it -- as for other repairs I have no experience about their abilities.

We found George's location on Yelp and saw they can repair Jeeps. We called and asked if they could tow our Patriot to their shop and take a look at it to find out what's wrong. They asked us to drop off the keys to the shop and they'll take care of it. They gave us the tow price on the phone while we spoke and it was an staggering difference, $148. We gladly accepted, dropped off the keys and headed back to Denver. About an hour later they called us to let us know the car was in the shop and that they had taken a look at the car. They told us we just needed gas! Apparently Jeep Patriots when too hot (car did not register as overheated) need more fluids in them. We had 1/4 of a tank left in the car but it was registering as nothing to the car but not to us. We were so relieved that this shop was honest with us. Not being from the area of Limon and knowing very little about cars, we were considerably worried about being taken advantage of, but clearly these are kind and considerate people. Everyone in the shop was super friendly before, during, and after picking up our keys. Chatting and asking questions about what happened to the car before they even had it! After an initial good experience, I took my car back to OBD to find out why the radiator fan was…read morerunning at full speed a few seconds after switching on the a/c, check the EVAP system and oil levels due to an overfill warning. I dropped the car off with 1/2 tank of gas, when I picked it up three weeks later the tank was nearly empty on reserve. The owner said the car was idling for the two hours he was working on it and test drove the car for 28 miles. 1/2 tank of gas will drive 150+ miles in my car. It takes me 3 weeks to use 1/2 tank with regular driving. The radiator fan is still blowing at top speed it's clear that he didn't even look at that problem. Hopefully the other work was done but I won't know until I have driven the car regularly over a period of time since the warnings only come on with regular driving. I want to sell the car and so will not be driving it at all from now on after it is detailed aside from the occasional test drive. The owner offered to refill my gas if I brought the car to him refusing to CashApp the money instead to prevent more miles going on the odometer. The total time spent working on my car was 2 hours taking 3 weeks to complete. I now have had to source a mobile mechanic to fix the radiator fan problem. I was charged $439.00 for this unprofessional lack of service. Unfortunately I paid cash and so can't recover anything through a credit card company. Im a senior on a very low fixed income so $439 is a fortune to me. Now I must pay more to have another mechanic address the radiator fan problem. My recommendation is to avoid this shop like the plague!
