After receiving a quote to have some very minor repair done, this is not my first rodeo, I set an appointment with them for repair. I'd be paying out of pocket because the damage was light. They told me to bring it to them in 30 days as they were busy. I knew the previous owners and they were just purchased by Kaizen and it shows. When I dropped off my car to be repaired after waiting 30 days, they told me the quote doubled. I quickly picked up my car so they couldn't charge me for having it on their lot. I took my truck in to get paint matched and after two weeks of holding it they told me they couldn't paint my vehicle because the trim pieces were too difficult to do. Also returned my vehicle in a completely filthy condition after it had been sitting outside for two weeks with bird crap all over it. Autobody on my 2015 Prius came out just dandy. Very happy with the service, communication and work done in a timely matter. Needed car repaired asap and these good guys helped and executed. Al and his crew at A Good Shop completed repairs on my new truck after I rear ended another vehicle. I did some research before taking my truck to them. Two close friends said these guys are legit and do great work. I have to completely agree. The original shop my insurance had me get the estimate from was going to install aftermarket parts, the entire front end of a 2018 Ram 3500. I explained my concerns to Al about not having OEM Ram parts and he explained that his shop wouldn't only install new Ram parts. I knew I was at the right place when the owner gave me his cell and was in complete contact with updates the entire time. By far the best customer service and they are truly a master in their craft. I am truly shocked at the poor service we have received. Our car has been at the shop a month and we were just told it will be another three weeks before we can even get a quote. Last week when we called we were told we would have a quote by Friday. The miscommunication going on is horrible. I will be moving my vehicle. read more

The only reason it a one is because I can't give negative five. These guys are a joke and the reviews are written by owners or friends of owners. I took my mini Cooper to these guys for a simple radiator replacement and a little grille work. .so they had it for like a month.. told me it was finished after my rental was expired through my insurance company. When I went to pick it up ( over the wknd ) they haven't touched the front t bumper or painted the hood or put new mc stipes on it ( small dent and scratches from being backed into by a work truck which also put a tow hitch through the radiator). So I bitched and had it towed back ( on my dime). So they painted the hood and put stripes on it. When I went to pick it up for the second time after the said it was finished , when I got it home there was ( and still is a bunch of black shavings . I drove it back home and there was radiator fluid spraying all over the engine compartment . All of this I have video of by the way. So I called them and this time they came and got it on there dime. Come to find out it wasn't a leak but they put to much glycol in the car and it was blowoff. How was I to know? So i missed three days of work because these ass clown can't do the do diligence. After being told my jeep needed a ton of work by Just Brakes, I called Al at A Good Shop and he welcomed me for a brake inspection. Turns out I didn't need most of the work JB recommended and Al took very good care of us, offering an honest diagnosis and a great, fair price to have the work done there. It was done in a morning and was even shown the old brakes and rotors in the shop. Had hail damage repaired on my truck at the location by El Paso PDR, a company they bring in to do this type of work when hail storms hit the area. Their estimate was twice the insurance appraisal but with a submitted supplement approved the work was done. Dents were repaired my portion of the bill was paid but their eye for a completed job lacked when they overlooked parts not being snapped back in place and a damp rag left in the seat. No final wash or wax was done even though I allowed them the time asked to do a final cleaning. Guess my idea of a final cleaning and theirs were not the same. Would definitely find another company to deal with if I ever needed body work done again especially when you check out how many are in this lucrative business. read more

Yeah, everybody on here giving good reviews must be a friend or family because this place ruined my paint job on my car, then tried to tell me 6k for a new paint job! and blamed it on my paint job that I had previously. I will never even consider bringing anything to these people for work. seems they do a good job on their own employees vehicles, but not actual customers cars. Things were just thrown around the shop, parts from cars innermixed with other cars stuff, completely in shambles. What a nightmare! read more

If I could put no stars, I absolutely would. I took my truck here for a full paint job/Minor rust fix and got a quote and thought about it and then I finally made the decision to proceed with the work. I dropped my truck off and they had it for months. Never stayed in touch, I always had to call flyod. Finally I called once again and they said it was ready. When I went to pick it up there were unpainted pieces throughout the truck that they missed. So I had to leave it there for even MORE time. I got in touch after waiting longer and I go to pick it up. After a few weeks of having my truck back the rear bed started to rust even worse then before they fixed it in the same place. I take it back they say they will fix it. Over the two months they had my truck to fix the surface rust for the 2nd time, I called and asked them what was going on and what's taking so long, they said they were cutting out the rear panels and they were waiting on the pieces they ordered. Well they absolutely lied about welding a new piece in it. I go to pick it up for the 4th time go straight and look at the fenders absolutely nothing was cut out. Also they said they were detailing it the day I went to pick it up and I picked up a dirty truck inside out. And to make matters even worse. THE RUST IS BACK ON THE FENDERS THEY Supposedly replaced.......this is a poorly ran business. I paid these guys 6k for them to cover up work they never did. Things don't end here. When I picked my truck up they had to jump start my truck. I asked them why the hell they would need to jump start my truck. They said because it's been sitting. I leave the body shop my truck has electric problems now. BOTTOM LINE DONT TAKE ANYTHING HERE FOR THEM TO WORK ON. Period!!!!!!!!!!! read more
