Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. The car came out looking really good, and it's clear they take pride in the actual detailing. That said, I had a frustrating experience with pricing that I think needs to be called out. When the technician arrived, we walked the car together and I was given an agreed upon price. After the wash was completed, I was then told the car wasn't properly evaluated and the price would be higher because it "took longer than expected" - not due to anything unforeseen. I don't think that's acceptable. Pricing should be clear and agreed upon before any work begins -- not adjusted once the job is already complete. In this situation, it was never communicated that the price may be adjusted. It puts the customer in a difficult position and takes away from an otherwise positive experience. Again, the end result was great, which is why I'm not rating lower. But the pricing process needs to be more upfront and transparent. I'd recommend double confirming a firm price before they start to avoid any surprises.

The car may be fairly new, but I wanted to keep it in excellent condition--unfortunately, this place did the opposite. To their credit, the manager was nice and offered to redo the job. He did try again, but the fact that it needed a second pass says everything. They also left visible water spots all over, and worse, I later found blotchy stains on my leather seats. I rarely look at the back seats, so I didn't even notice the damage until about a month later. It's clear they used the wrong products or didn't wipe them off properly--something that should never happen at a so-called "detail" shop. I am in shock. When I pay for a full detail, I don't expect to find oil residue, water stains, and product damage afterward.
