Was told when trying to get quote i would have to be called back because no one was in the office then I was just told he was in the office the whole time and heard the entire conversation. When I called this time I was told I was in the office for the entire conversation and don't agree with how she handled it. In the same breath I was asked if I could be called back because he was getting out of his truck. This company should only be called in a dire emergency where no one else can/will come.

It was so covered with hair and debris that the coil looked like it had a fur coat.. very gross.. he cleaned it and cleaned the air conditioner completely.. I never thought about it again until this year when Alliant Energy sent us a letter after reviewing our usage.. Saturday came and he never called or sent a text message. It was one excuse after another. This company is just HORRIBLE! I will never use them again.
