For the service I needed, they were amazing! I was adding a cold water tap for filtered cold water. I had the hole drilled in the countertop and just needed someone to install and split our water line. The facet was in a hard to reach area and I just didn't want to make any mistakes so I called SP and they were able to schedule me for a visit in just a few days. They gave me a time frame and they are great about communication. They sent me a text the day before to remind me of the appointment and the technician sent me a few text messages letting me know he was on his way about how long it would take for him to arrive. Calvin was my technician and when he arrived, I showed him what I needed and right away he went to work. Overall, it might have taken an hour and when he was finished, he showed me the work he did and everything was working perfectly. I know many people might have done this job themselves but I just didn't want any hassles and preferred to have someone who knows what they are doing, someone who does work like this every day. They are very professional, it was easy to schedule an appointment and the prices are fair. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

They worked with us with advice, then arrived very promptly when our toilets (which we ordered ourselves) arrived. There were a couple of small glitches, both of which were fixed with a smile within 24 hours. The plumber ("Brendan") was considerate and cleaned the site before he left. The prices are "retail," but the VALUE is in the job well done, by fully-certified plumbers rather.

I discovered he used a plastic part instead of the recommended metal (so he could pocket more money of course). When I called to ask if he could honor a 1 year warranty, he refused. He told me that plastic parts are what he uses exclusively and that failure after 1 year is common. Unless you want inferior parts that will fail, do not use Mike Krischke Plumbing.

The technicians were polite, clean appearance and professional in their demeanor. They replaced a 20 year old (freeze resistant) faucet, and with my steel frame and bricked house it was no easy task since there was only about 4" of space between a steel I-beam and metal stud giving them very little working room. They took the time to make sure the job was done properly and it was obvious that they took pride in their work. The cost was within reason for the job done. If you need a plumber call these folks.
