AAA failed to get in contact with him in a timely manner which meant I sat on the side of the highway for almost 3 hours and began to get cold. Travis arrived and was very concerned about me making sure I was in his truck with the heater on HIGH! I also had to use the bathroom really bad by this point. The dispatcher immediately reassured us, and within about 30 minutes Chris and Josh arrived with both a tow truck and an additional vehicle to safely transport our family. What truly set them apart was that they didn't just tow our vehicle, they kept working to find solutions. When the first repair shop couldn't help, Josh suggested they personally contact Dylan's Automotive, and Dylan willingly agreed to help us with same day repairs. This truly changed everything for us. That extra effort saved us significant time, stress, and expense. They treated us like family, made sure we were safe and comfortable, and even followed up later that night to check on us. Car broke down in Cuba, i called AAA at 5:00. They said Chris and sons was coming to get the car…read moreand that it would be about an hour. Then AAA called back and said it would be about 2 hours. I called AAA after it had been over 2 hours and hadn't heard anything from Chris and Son's. I was on hold for 10 minutes and AAA said they would call them and they would not pick up their phone. So now AAA is canceling them and getting me a new tow truck. So these guys suck. Now I would not recommend Chris and sons and I will not be using them again. Next time I call AAA and they say it's Chris and Sons coming to help, I am going to refuse them. Im in Cuba and they are located in Cuba. Why am I waiting this long with not a single update? Its pretty bad that I had to have a tow truck "strums" come out of Washington. I would highly recommend them. I gave one star because it wont let me put 0.
