Had a blowout on a 4-lane divided highway after dark, requested roadside from my provider and the owner of AC Towing responded very quickly! He spent at least 30 mins trying to free my rusty spare from the rusty underneath of the 2004 minivan I was driving, by that time having the back lift gate open with all the interior lights on plus my flashers, my battery had ran down too low to start it up, so he then quickly charged it for me, then drove it up onto his fancy almost brand new tow truck and drove me and the van home - 17 miles from where I was stranded - and did not charge me for the tow! He said he could not just leave me on the side of the highway. He is a super nice guy and he gave me an invaluable tip that I still think sounds too good to be true but he was even willing to put money on it so if this tip works for us I'll be in his debt (wait, I already am for the free tow he gave a stranger tonight!) After experiencing a blowout tire on the highway, I contacted AAA who dispatched AC Towing. I was impressed how quickly the tow truck arrived (within minutes). The tow truck operator, Mason, said he was close by when the call went out and reassured us he would have us back on the road in little time. He was prompt, courteous, and professional as he quickly changed the tire. He was done in minutes and reassured us we could continue on our journey using the spare tire. He also placed the damaged tire in the back of our van. The scary blowout experience ended up being positive thanks to Mason's response. Can't remember the young man's name but he was very prompt very thorough didn't want to cause any more damage to my vehicle than needed after having my little fender bender. Called AAA and they sent a wonderful tow truck driver from AC. His name was Dan. He was driving a Ford Tow Truck. He said that his company also uses Mavericks for keys locked out, jump start, flat tires etc. He was such an enjoyable person to inform me of AAA and what he does for a living. I told him he had a halo over his head. Recommend him anytime for everything. He knows exactly how to do anything put in front of him. AC should be proud to have him as an employee. Dan responded to my AAA Roadside call after a blowout. I ended up needing a tow and Dan made the arrangements for me. He stayed while waiting for the tow to arrive to keep cars off of me.
