My kids and I were in a really tight spot at the time we started renting from them; I had rented a house and put thousands of dollars into deposits before we started getting sick and found out there was mold everywhere. My landlord there was absolutely careless about making anything right, and when I found Anchor Apartments they worked with me a LOT to get us quickly moved into a dry and beautiful house. I have never had to wait long at all for a response if I reach out about repairs or have questions, and Jeff checks in after repairs or changes to make sure everything is going well in the house. 10/10 recommend. They replaced door panels and told us that it was covered by the truck owners insurance and today I received a notice in the mail from a collection agency for it???
