Dr. Edward Frankoski is an exceptional doctor. I came to see him with an chronic lumbar pain…read more because a cycling accident. He explain the best way to treat my problem and I was very comfortable with his explanation. The office staff truly care about the patients and made my experience very pleasant. I highly recommend them.

I would never recommend anybody to this office. I have been getting the runaround and the cold…read moreshoulder from them for three months now and I am moving to a different doctor's office because while the doctor himself is great his team is an absolute fail In every possible way and they are all led by the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to Betty-- I also work in medical care and if I ever had somebody speak to my patients like this I would have them fired immediately. I was referred to their office from my orthopedic doctor to do spinal injections, First they lost the referral, Then they couldn't figure out the billing, I had to have my lawyer called to speak with them to straighten everything out and then I finally got my first appointment two months later, I had my spinal injections scheduled for two weeks later and I show up to the office for my injections only to be told that my appointment had been canceled and that Betty had forgotten to call me.... No big deal I didn't take a day off from what I had to do and have somebody else take a day off from work because you need to be picked up by somebody... I was told that I would be called later that day when Dr Francoski got out of surgery however that phone call never happened and none of my follow ups were returned for over two weeks until I continuously called multiple times a day for three days and finally caught Betty first thing in the morning only to get screamed over, told a bunch of incorrect information Which if she was in contact with her team she would know she was completely in the wrong, And when I tried to explain to her of reality of the situation she hung up on me. I have wasted three months trying to get in the door of this place only to be disrespected and hung up on by the most ignorant lady I've ever spoken to in my life I mean she makes a Karen look like a sweet lady... I am in the process of switching to a different doctor because I no longer wish to step foot in that office and I don't think I could get anything straightened out even if I wanted to. The entire experience has been a three month nightmare that has delayed my recovery significantly and caused me nothing but headaches from a completely Incompetent staff and it's very unfortunate for the doctor that this is who is running his practice. They don't even deserve to one star they got, They deserve an investigation into proper practices And a lesson on respect and patient morality.

I thought to myself... knee surgery at 27, how bad can the results be as i get older? Will this actually cure me? There had to be another solution. I researched my condition and found out about stem cells and PRP treatments. I consulted with various doctors and Dr. Jamil Bashir and his team made me feel hopeful. I have done two PRP treatments within a four month span and WOW. The results have been mind-blowing. The pain I use to feel before my treatment, I no longer feel. There really are no words to describe how insanely happy and content I feel about myself. I recommend Ocyon Regenerative to everyone. It has changed my life. Day by day, I am getting better and I look forward to the final outcome.

I did my due diligence on this clinic and decided to give it a shot. I met with Dr Bashir and his staff And never have I felt so comfortable. He explained to me in detail what I had and what procedures we would take in order to begin my healing process. In less than 2 weeks I will begin my procedures and I'm excited to be with this doctor. Doing my research he is more than just some regular Doctor. He was was trained by the worlds foremost physician in the field of stem cell orthopedics (Dr centeno). From what I gather. I got the best stem cell Doc in FL so far. Let's see how it goes.

My doctor is Gina Corsaletti. I recommend her. She has done miracles. My back pain has reduced…read moretremendously.

The other reviewers are correct: the staff here is rude and unprofessional…read more When my mother originally called to make her first appointment, the person on the phone was rude and demanded she bring physical medical records. When my mother mentioned no other specialist had ever asked for this, the staff member snapped, "How do you expect the doctor to know what's wrong?" We showed up for that appointment only to find she wasn't in the system at all. Staff repeatedly told us, "He is not here. He is on vacation. He will be back in 3 weeks." Because they kept saying "he," and her primary care doctor specifically referred her to Dr. Christian Gonzalez, we were led to believe she would be seeing him today. Today, June 30, my mother went inside first while I parked. When I walked in, I asked the receptionist on the right to join my mother. This receptionist was polite, asked my mother's name, and asked the staff behind her what room my mom was in. No one replied. She told me to sit and wait. Absolutely no one made any effort to follow up, knock on a door, or try to take me to my mother. I only got in because my mother eventually opened the waiting room door herself to look for me so I could speak to the doctor. When I asked why I was left waiting, staff made an excuse about doors being locked and not being allowed to ask. Once inside, I realized the doctor was female. I asked my mother if she spoke Spanish, and my mother said no. This office failed us in three major ways today: They switched my mother from her referred doctor (Dr. Gonzalez) to a non-Spanish speaking female doctor with zero advance notice. The staff member tasked with interpreting for my mother was in a terrible mood and gave her an attitude. The front desk made no effort whatsoever to bring me to my mother when I arrived. When I asked to speak to the office manager, they acted like they didn't hear me. A rude receptionist sitting on the left side of the desk abruptly asked if we needed to make an appointment and motioned for us to step right in front of her, clearly just wanting us out of the front desk area. My mom pointed to the girl who was writing something out for us. The rude receptionist asked that girl if she was helping us, and the girl confirmed she was writing up a test that needed to be done. That left-side receptionist was beyond rude. I asked again if there was an office manager or supervisor available, and was told "no" by the girl who was doing the writing. I insisted there has to be a medical supervisor or someone in charge, and again, she said no. I asked about a woman I saw dressed in office wear, but that lady stated she was the medical researcher. By the time we went to the front to get the next appointment date, the rude receptionist had suddenly changed her tune. Once outside the doctor's office, my mom reiterated how poorly they behaved and how she wished I had been there to talk to the doctor. That is when she told me about the attitude of the staff member who was writing the prescription and translating. My mother had to tell her, "If you're in a bad mood, I'll just wait for my daughter to come here to translate," which finally got her to drop the attitude. On their website, they claim "SWCA is built on a culture of empathy," and list their Core Values as: Be a good human Be professional Do the right thing Work together No excuses, get it done It looks like their staff needs to have this plastered on the walls throughout their office, because they did none of this. I have already filed a formal grievance with our insurance company.
