If you rebook with them they won't charge for removal at your next appointment. This was definitely on more of the pricier side, but I thought my nail tech did an excellent job and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. The facility was also clean and very nice on the inside. They were pretty busy the day of my appointment so it was a bit of a wait but I wasn't too bothered by it. Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!

At 4:10, I was asked to sit in a pedicure chair. The gentleman who did my pedicure was rough, cut me twice, trimmed far too much off my big toes, and left nail polish on my skin. I didn't receive several of the items listed on that pedicure type. My daughter finished when I was still having my pedicure, and they directed her to a chair next to mine. After she waited almost 30 minutes, she didn't even want the pedicure anymore. No one ever came over to acknowledge her or start working. There were walk ins after her that received service. I finally sat down to have my nails done at 5:05. I had a picture of the French manicure I wanted. It took an hour and 45 minutes. It looked nothing like the photos; the edges were sharp and I scratched myself. There was so much product under the nails and I asked him to file it, but he did not. For two French manicures with a full set and one pedicure, I spent $224!

The pedicure was good... the lady doing it was very sweet, no issues with her and she did a pretty good job. I asked for a discount considering the wait time. The owner didn't agree to any discount but told me they would send me something in the mail for the future.... understandable I guess (not like I'll be going back there unless the discount is very significant.) What really made me mad though was that I was never apologized to for the wait time... not once. I completely understand that they may have been understaffed or just overbooked on accident and I did my best to be polite about everything, didn't raise my voice or argue back and forth at all. But the owner was completely rude... wait times are one thing but poor customer service is another. A simple apology would have been very appreciated. I don't recommend going to this salon, primarily because the owner was not friendly at all.

Madeleine is great with layers - she gave me very well-blended curtain bangs, the perfect length, and of course the layers in the back. I was seated right away, and my tech got to work while I selected a color from a large binder of dip samples. Music was nice in the salon, pretty relaxing. My tech was working VERY fast, which at first, I was really impressed with. However, as my service progressed, I had to ask twice for re work since the dip application was not extending to the whole nail edges, and was looking lumpy. Towards the end of the service, there was no effort to try to clean the excess build up under my nails, which was THICK! I realized I was being rushed as 'a regular' came in, and was immediately catered to, which I totally understand, but that shouldn't short change my service quality that much. The price was affordable, but I'd rather pay $5-$10 more for a quality result that lasts, and that I don't have to spend 30 minutes cleaning myself. Unfortunately, as a first timer, I wouldn't go back or recommend for drop in services. Perhaps going regularly with an appointment would yield better service and results.
