Tony did an amazing job today! I absolutely love this place, everyone is always so friendly and welcoming.

The damage on the left side of my toe that resulted when Kim used a nail drill on it.

This was my first time at Bliss. Although my appointment was with Johnny, it was Kim who removed my gel polish. I stopped her when it became quite painful. The photo below shows what she did to my big toe with a nail drill. I left and will not be returning. It still hurts hours later.

I'm a big fan of how they use a clean tool pack each time, a plastic basin lining for each customer, etc. The pedicure itself is good, but my big toe has little bubbles under the top layer -- I didn't want to ask her to undo and redo it. They were also too busy to do waxing -- not everybody in the salon does it. I did a walk-in and got lucky, per reviews below. Still, I would come back here.

(21 Fem) I'm getting anxious and upset and ask for just TWO colors and they refuse AGAIN! At this point I feel extremely uncomfortable and as though I was bothering staff, but to me two colors on nails is not a big ask. There is a bit of a language barrier, but I also know they've been doing business for 8+ years, so it wasn't to the point that they couldn't understand what I was asking for. I finally agreed to one color to get it over with, and asked for them to draw some simple curves with white polish to look like waves. The woman servicing me refused three times and insisted on drawing straight lines like this = on all of my nails. It honestly felt so stupid and frustrating and my anxiety was through the roof. I wanted to pay for what they'd done so far and just leave, but was with family. Another staff member had to move their chair to me and finally add some more messy lines because he could tell I hated what they'd done. Extremely overpriced. Around $90 for two people, $102.52 after a 10% tip for one of the worst services I've ever had, just an absolutely lackluster job and refusal to try and understand what I wanted and accommodate me. For the money we spent, taking a makeup sponge and putting a couple lines of nail polish on it isn't a big ask. I felt so humiliated, I wanted to just ask for the nail polish so I could put it on myself because I knew I'd be able to do a better job. I'm never coming back here again, save yourself the money and buy some storebought nail polish and apply it yourself, you'll do a better job than they will. The design looks like a mistake. I was supposed to be treating myself, and it feels like I was just punished.

The first time I visited I appreciated how clean and organized the establishment was. Especially when getting nail treatments I am very particular about cleanliness to avoid infections and Cozy Nails & Spa was definitely up to par. Additionally they had cute decorations throughout and always have entertaining shows on in the background. I got a special set done about a month ago for my birthday but this most recent time I was coming in to get it removed and a normal manicure to let my nails breathe. My nail technician was Chia. She was very kind and did a great job checking in with me and making sure she was doing what I wanted. One of my favorite things about Cozy is that every time I have gone, I make an appointment, and they honor that. Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy. Chia did a great job and was done within 45 minutes. The total for gel x removal and manicure was $48. In my three months of coming here, Cozy has - been clean - Provided detailed but still quick service - Honored appointments - Had kind and attentive technicians - Never cut my skin/nailbeds - provided service that I was happy with

When I called with a question, they were very nice and I made an appointment. I am so glad that I did. Tom did my nails. He did a great job! Did a nice job and the cuticles, the length and the shape. Exactly how I like it. When I walked in this was the color I wanted, but they had the color with sparkles. So I got that. If I was up here again I would stop in. I just wish that they were in my neighborhood so they could be my regular to go place. Thanks Tom! You're the best!

Katie at New Concepts saved my LIFE. ...Okay, not my LIFE, but definitely my manicure, the day…read morebefore we were flying out to Las Vegas for our destination wedding. After getting a complete hatchet job of a gel manicure at Studio Z (see other review: seriously, it was a gel manicure that started cracking less than 24 hours after application because the woman who did it had NO IDEA what she was doing), I was calling around town in a panic trying to find someone who could redo my nails that afternoon. I didn't want to try to fit in a ~$150 removal/new manicure at Treasure Island the morning of my wedding, because our schedule was already ridiculous. New Concepts happened to have an opening. As soon as I got there, everyone wanted to see the original job, and confirmed it had been applied wrong--which made it take about twice as long to remove as it should have, but Katie got it off and then did it RIGHT. She explained the whole process to me as she went, which helped me retain confidence that she actually knew what she was doing, and was also interesting for future reference. When she finished up, it looked perfect, and it has now held up beautifully for a week. I even scraped my nails across several rock formations while doing post-wedding shots at the Valley of Fire, and it didn't leave a scratch. Finally, they didn't charge me anything for removing the original job--just $35 for the gel polish (gel with a manicure is $50 at New Concepts, and most places charge separately to remove gels). That was less than I'd paid for the original bad job! I normally like to change my polish color a lot, which you can't do with gel, but Katie was so nice and I'm so impressed with how well gel holds up, I'm seriously considering sticking with it from now on. If I do, I will definitely be going back to Katie!

Don't waste your time or money…read more I visted NCS after reading the glowing review from Cabell G. on Yelp. I got my nails done and my girl was nice. The manicure was a little more expensive than I expected it to be but that was okay at the time. However, less than 12 hours later, my polish started to chip. I called and the receptionist was ditzy and confused as to exactly what I needed done. It was frustrating talking to her, and then when I finally got in to get my nails fixed, the stylist who was formerly friendly was cold and didn't talk to me. She did a good job fixing the chipped manicure, but I was pissed that I had to waste my own time to come back and get something fixed that should have been done right the first time. One of my nails broke four days after the original manicure and even more nails were chipping and awful looking a week later for a manicure that should have lasted at least two weeks. I will never go here again, I feel that it was a waste of money for such poor service and poor product.
