The Christleton Road branch carries a reasonably wide range of cuts, and can bring in other cuts given a day or two's notice. Not the place to go if you want gimmicky marinades or fancy preparations. Buy the basic ingredients and make the dish up yourself! One small gripe - they like their gammon salty so we always soak it overnight before cooking.
