The flowers were delivered as requested, and upon seeing a picture of them I was very pleased. I hadn't given them specifics as to what to design; I just gave them a price point and asked that they use their best judgement and make the nicest arrangement they could with the price and they flowers they had in stock. It was beautiful, fresh, and well-designed. It was also a fair amount of flowers for the price. Extra kudos for designing in a stylish, modern way, without the cheap stuff like baby's breath and carnations.

I purchased a pair of running shoes online through Dave's Pro Shop. I have a local running store that I usually go through but was trying to save money. The shoes were $20 less than my usual store -- with my student ID it was still $10 less. I ordered and took the free 3-5 shipping. On the 5th day I called and was not greeted with apologies or understanding but with more of the attitude of "here's why we haven't screwed up", once the person finally listened to my situation they said "oh, yeah, today IS the 5th day." They discovered that my shoes should be in THAT day and would be shipped out, so that I wouldn't receive them for another 2 days. I told her I may want to cancel my order and just buy from my local shop, she said that was ok if it was before 4, never attempting to salvage my business. I called back several hours later and talked to a different person who was equally unhelpful and simply said, "ok, you're cancelled." In my opinion, if you want strictly a low price, this could be the place to go. However, if you want to be treated like your business matters, I'd look elsewhere.
