English: On Jan 3rd me and my mom went to the smart we always go to when we visit Juarez. We never have any issues. This time we used register #9 and were met with a very unprofessional cashier. She got very upset she had to void a bag of beans. Then when she got to our two bags of apples, she asked in a VERY FRUSTRATED TONE, if we wanted both the green and red apples. My mom told her "I want both". This girl scanned the apples and put them on top of her register. My mom asked her if she had charged her for the apples, the girl replied yes with a very rude tone again and my mom asked "them why did you put them over there?" She flung the apples towards her bagger. We separated our items because we wanted two separate purchases. She scanned some lemons from the separated items and when my mom told her it was another transaction she said "I already scanned them and took them from her hand and threw them towards her bagger.
The card declined the second transaction (this is normal. Cards are set up like this to protect the consumer) she did not try again. She just kept saying "YOUR CARD IS DECLINED. YOU HAVE NO FUNDS" my mom, bless her soul, said I do have funds. Can I go to the atm right there and take money out?" And the cashier yelled at her and said "I CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU". My mom told her "You have a GREAT attitude ma'am. Go ahead and cancel the entire order"
My mom came back 5 minutes later with money in her hand and two managers had to assist us in a different line.
Horrible cashier with braces, pelican eyebrows, and sunken eyes from all the negativity she has in her heart. She was also on her phone looking bored. Seriously never in my life have I had a cashier throw customers food because they're frustrated about DOING THEIR JOB. Or tell them "ITS TOO LATE IVE SCANNED IT" when it's not HER money. 1 Star for the managers that have to deal with her son of chucky looking ass.
