I had them reroof my house and garage, install insulated vinyl siding, and wrap all the trim on the house with painted aluminum about ten years ago. We are now in the process of replacing a section of roof that rotted out due to improper flashing where the wall of the house meets the roof of the garage. Apparently, they left a section of the OSB completely unprotected by anything other than a overhang. Over the years, snow melt has trickled into this area and rotted out the area. In addition, they botched up the area next to the eaves, resulting in fascia behind the trim rotting out as well. Elsewhere on the roof, we discovered a broken shingle they mended with roof caulking which is now deteriorating resulting in a leak in that area, inproper flashing around each of the roof penetrations, failure to properly install step flashing around a porch roof, etc. If you had any work done by them, I strongly recommend you carefully check that work to prevent further damage from occurring to your house as well.
