Don't use this company. I rented from them for Thanksgiving. They delivered the table and chairs…read moreon Wednesday morning. I was not home to receive the order but my father-in-law said delivery team saw the cushions and left them anyway. When I returned home late that afternoon I emailed the company immediately. After getting the run around from a couple employees, some guy called me back, said they were sending someone to replace the cushions. At that point I had a full house of guests and didn't want them parading through my house. I asked they credit me on the 3 disgusting and stained cushions. they refused. I don't care about the $30 they wouldn't credit me. I care about the lack of understanding that at that point I had a full house of people for the holiday and didn't want his team on my property. He was incredibly rude an inflexible. Unfortunate because we are renting again for NYE, as well as many business functions. Him providing good customer service over a measly $30 has cost that company thousands and thousands. Ridiculous.

He offers it all, various bouncers, snow cone machines, tables and chairs, etc., etc., etc.!! We had the MOST active and amazing party yesterday!! He brought the bouncer the day before, so I didn't have to worry that he wouldn't show up in time OR AT ALL - which happened to us before!!! The kids were highly disappointed when the bouncer didn't show up that one time, and it happens more often than you think (if you read reviews). It was going to be a hot day yesterday, hotter than typical for this time of year!! Well, the owner came to the rescue and offered us the option to turn our bouncer and slide into a water slide!! WOW!! We haven't rented a water option before, and it was SO much fun the teen guys!! I was nervous at first watching them slide down the slide at a very fast pace because of the water on the slide, and hoping they wouldn't crash!! There were TEN of them!! I had to just let it go and watch them enjoy themselves!! I am happy to report that there were ZERO injuries!! LOL!! I got a LOT of "thank you" texts from parents afterwards!! My daughter wanted the Disney Princess Castle and Dave and his crew, delivered on very short notice. The jump house was HUGE and a massive hit in the neighborhood and with the girls. The price was incredibly reasonable. We had a slight mechanical issue that the crew worked on for quite some time. It really didn't affect the use of the jumpy house, but they wanted it to be as perfect as possible. Because of their self-described 'inconvenience', Dave allowed the girls to have a few hours of extra 'jumpy castle time'.
