Her classes are tough but incredibly motivating, and I always look forward to them. We also recently started taking Katie's class, and she's just as amazing. Her style brings something fresh and challenging, and we really enjoy the variety between her and Sable. The mix of coaching styles across both locations keeps things exciting and helps us stay committed. Everyone at this studio, from the front desk to the coaches, is friendly and welcoming. A variety of people go to this gym including people in wheelchairs, scooters, people who use walkers and canes. All body types are also on display so there is no reason to feel insecure about carrying a few extra pounds. On the flip side, about half of the people I see are in enviable shape... That said, you can't beat the price for what you get. The members are courteous. The staff always greets me with a smile. The bathrooms are clean and there is always a machine available so getting in and out is always possible. What more can I say? If you need a good spot to get your body together, check out Planet Fitness. It is truly a 'no judgement zone' with every body type, age and fitness level floating through.

First and for most, I love the amount of support that I have received from the amazing trainers here at this gym. The trainers have all done an exceptional job in helping me to incorporate proper techniques and form during my workout routines in order for me to get the results that I want.
