Sable is an absolute beast! she knows exactly when to challenge you and will have you adding weight if she knows you can handle it (and somehow, she's always right!). Her classes are tough but incredibly motivating, and I always look forward to them. We also recently started taking Katie's class, and she's just as amazing. Her style brings something fresh and challenging, and we really enjoy the variety between her and Sable. The mix of coaching styles across both locations keeps things exciting and helps us stay committed. Everyone at this studio, from the front desk to the coaches, is friendly and welcoming. I also recommend signing up for personal training sessions with Alix.
