Just to let's everyone know this gym charged me every month while it was CLOSED due to COVID and still charged me every month the gym was shut down. On top of that I cancelled the membership 3 different times and the first 2 times I was told by their finance company that they never received any payments even after I provided bank statements and basically told me to kick rocks and continued to charge me. I had to go as far as to cancel my credit card due to the never ending payments. Fact is, don't waste your hard earned money with crooks like Charter Fitness. They are a sad excuse for a fitness club.
