Even had the gall to say that despite it leaking, it is not a workmanship or materials issue. Two other contractors both stated that they would like to do the repairs and gain some additional work, but they were sure that this should be covered by the contractor warranty. While looking at our roof Keith noticed that our dryer had the incorrect ventilation cap. He showed us where lint was collecting & how it was a potential fire hazard. He also pointed out some minor hail damage to some vents which he didn't feel needed to be fixed or replaced. We were provided pictures & a video of the work while it was being done & then completed. When we scheduled the work to be done, the crew arrived promptly and completed the job within a few hours. Overall we are very satisfied with Revolver Roofing's professionalism and quality of work.

I spent a week calling roofing companies only to be told that I would have to have my entire roof inspected and the minimum cost for any repair would be $450 - $500 even if it the repair was replacing two shingles. Some companies even wanted to charge me additional fees due to the steep pitch of the roof. As you can imagine I was about ready to find myself a really tall ladder and brave the roof myself when I got a call back from Mr. Graves at Graves Roofing in Rockwall, TX. He offered to go out and have a look at the roof and said he'd call me. The same day, in the rain, none the less, Mr. Graves personally went out to my house and found the area with the 2 missing shingles and realized the shingles were on my porch in good condition. So he called me up and said he wouldn't feel right charging me for such a minor repair and promptly got to the repair. I made several offers to pay him and he simply refused. The next day when I arrived home from work he was just finishing up and had actually done more than we had discussed just to make sure I was fully repaired and yet he would not accept any payment. I was absolutely blown away after having dealt with the all the other companies who wanted to talk money before they ever looked at my roof. Mr. Graves has made a customer for life in us.
