About a month ago we were in the process of buying a home in Fate. We had an inspector come out again after he originally found some issues with roof on our would be home. Again, inspector stated there were deficiencies with the roof that needed repair. A home is a big investment, and we found out about this on a Saturday. We were faced with pushing back our closing date which was not really an option due to financing terms, and the fact that we were already in a hotel for a week after selling our home in Austin. My husband and I decided to find a roofer (professional who does this for a living), instead of an inspector, and see if the roof was really that bad. By sheer luck he found Bryan who was awesome. Bryan Graves helped me through the entire process with the insurance company, meeting with my adjuster, and then explaining the results of their meeting by going over the details of the claim. They replaced my roof and guttering in a timely fashion and we could not be happier with the results. The roof looks better than it ever did with the ridges accented and the blending ridge ventilation. The guttering exactly matches the trim paint. my family's house had a great roof we were always pleased with, however we were offered a free inspection by Graves roofing so we took it. Little did we know we had damage done from the roof of our home that should be taken care of. they were minor repairs honestly but it defiantly saved us in the long run. I really appreciate the quick and affordable work they did for us with a reasonable price as well. It was a great experience i didn't think a roofing company would be able to provide so effortlessly. One night this past spring we had terrific winds and rain here in Rockwall. I had many shingles blown off my roof. They were on the ground around my house as well as in the neighbor's yard. We had some significant shingle damage this spring due to a wind storm. I called Graves Roofing and Rob came out and made sure the roof was secure while we filled an insurance claim. Initially the insurance company offered only $50 more than my deductable to repair the roof but thanks to Rob's persistence in working with my insurance company I ended up with a full roof replacement.
