I love coming to SA Vapors! Victor the owner does his absolute best to give his customers the most optimal and educational experience with quitting smoking and starting vaping. I personally I know that each and every employee is trained with the skills to properly evaluate a customer's needs and how to best get them off cigarettes. I'm never afraid to ask for help here if I need assistance with my device or finding a new juice flavor. This shop has over 150 juice flavor and are very flexible with the nicotine levels. There are devices and vapes here for everyone's needs whether you are just starting out or interested in more advanced devices with better flavor and cloud production. To all current customers and potential future customers, remember that no question is a stupid question. If you are having a hard time staying off cigarettes, or having trouble with maintaining your device and making sure it is working, go in to the shop and talk to someone. Anyone in the shop will always be happy to answer your questions and make sure that you can stay off cigarettes. Favorite vape store by far! Recieved a gift from my daughter and it leaked like a sieve! Went to this store and they helped me try to fix the issue ( btw vape purchased online) they didn't have to help but they went above and beyond to fix it!! Very nice people that run the place but compared to other vape shops in the area the selection is very limited and prices are among the highest in town. They are selling outdated older devices for as much as they were 2 years ago. Juice selection is limited. Again i dont want to dog on them hard because they are friendly but i dont know if that is worth the extra money you will spend on outdated equipment. read more

My favorite vape shop on San Antonio. Every employee makes you feel very welcome. There is a selection for every level of vapor out there. From starter kits to full mechanical mods and rda's. The eJuice selection is great. Something for everyone. I spend almost as much time at SA Vapors as I do at my own house. Use to be my go to place but I just tried to return a couple of unused brand new items and was told I couldn't and would not even offer me store credit for these items I just bought today. Owner said that their policy is posted everywhere and I could not find it anywhere in the store on face book or online. There are better vape stores in the are with cheaper prices and better selections. Vaping and more just a 1/4 mile up the road rocks! And Li-ion on O'conner 35 is Awesome as well. Every other store her in SA has a return policy that is normal but this place must be hurting for business if they can't refund you cash for items you don't want. read more

Worst experience ever. Won't return without my brand new mod being replaced in which I had my receipt I have been a loyal/honest/caring and spent a lot of money over a year and basically Vic could not make the mod do what I let him know it was doing instead of saying even exchange I was told if he can't duplicate the problem then I am SOL so the customer must be lying. Get dressed/ get a ride/ I am disabled an unable to drive/ find receipt and get slapped in face. So won't be back real simple. You had your chance it's your loss on what out of pocket postage ? I have purchased how many mods due to my mistakes and laughed many times and told u when I have dropped them or my daughter has so u know that's not the case. Now because you are telling me I am lying because u can't make it happen . now u have made a mistake. I am stuck temporarily with a misfiring mod. I could not believe you treated me that way and my friends that way too . Wow really Vic. I will call BBB tomorrow as u fail to meet your manufacturer s warranty that was represented to me. read more
