Customer service was amazing, attention and genuine care was also there. Dustin is clearly a very hospitable guy, he cares about his prices, and also his customers and business. They sell the disposables, the reusable, and everything in between. The clerk was happy to see me when I came in. They don't have their prices clearly marked, they're on small tags, and everything is behind the counter. They don't let you touch anything. I poked around a bit while waiting on my pizza next door. The guy was happy to let me browse, and offered to show off his wares. The prices looked to be lower than Planet K, the major competitor in the area. A lot of the stuff he was selling are the really high end accessories, that seem really fragile! The clerk seemed to know all the terms for the stuff he was selling. Parking out in front was easy- this place is in a strip shopping center located at the signalized hard corner of Oblate and McCullough.

Their vaporizers, coils, batteries are DEFINITELY knock offs. That's why it's so much cheaper than other places. And 9x out of 10 the coils they gave me were bum coils. Obviously they wouldn't do this on purpose, but they also didn't care to replace the crappy coils they gave me that would burn out the same day. One time, I went through 5 coils in ONE DAY. That's poor customer service, plain and simple. That was the straw that broke the camels back. It was becoming too expensive and frustrating to continue going there. Now I go to Viking Vapor, I spend a little more on product, but it sure as heck lasts me a LOT longer and if I have an issue it's always addressed correctly or the product is replaced without batting an eye. That's the way it should be done!!

The name caught my eye since…read morethere was a Switch Vape back in San Diego and that was one of my go to shops while I lived in California. Walked in, and it felt like I was in a shop in Cali with the juice bar, good selection of hardware, and 70 plus line of various juices. Owner was awesome and very knowledgeable. Come to find out, he knows the owner from The Switch in San Diego. I figured I had to get a new tank since no one really sells just the rubber O Ring that my Kanger was missing. Recommended me the tank that he uses for the juice bar and so far it's a good choice. I'm only here for a few more days but I will definitely stop by to reload on juice, coils and a new mod.
