Customer be aware! They do not stand behind their policies! "24 hour Exchange Policy"??? No way Señor, they do NOT! They do not abide by their policies. Literally 4 min after the purchase and before leaving store premises. Just save a trip and gas to this store, go somewhere else. They are always out of vape coils and their selections on e-juice is a joke. Best luck finding what you need here. I have been a customer for about two years now and I think this was my last visit to a Vape City store. read more

Update 05-04-24: I received a response from Vape City to send an email to explain the negative experience I had after purchasing an empty product. The owner and manager both went above and beyond to replace the faulty product I received. I truly appreciate both of their attention to this matter. ================================================== DO NOT SHOP HERE. Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. I used to shop here often but never again. I received an empty product before heading out of town but found that the product was empty after arriving in another city. I was told I could only exchange within 24 hours at the store in town. They were unwilling to compromise and give me a refund or even exchange for a similar product in the city I was visiting. They clearly don't care about their customers. I lost $75 on a product that was empty and could not use! read more

This isn't my normal Vape city but their new location on 1604 is closer to my job so I've been stopping in on my way to work. Their selection is awesome and the staff is super friendly. Shout outs to mike for always being knowledgeable about the products. I'm just waiting on the management to get their normal rewards system in place at this location because I miss those rewards! read more

The Long Review - My wife is a frequent shopper at The Vapor Room, she bought her vape there to replace her old one. I had not yet replaced mine, so we went Friday night and I described what I wanted out of a vape to the employees. They explained everything to me and allowed me to try out their personal vapes (with a disposable mouthpiece of course) so I could get a feel for the different wattages and voltages and all that other scienc-y stuff. Based on their recommendations, I bought a 30w Eleaf iStick with a Nautilus tank. It is perfect for me, the vape generates a nice cloud without being overwhelming, it is not harsh *AT ALL* (my wife's vape makes me cough something fierce) and the smaller box is perfect and easy to hold on to. I bought SicBoy Sicker than Most juice and as we were cashing out they let us know they were having a 1 year anniversary party the following day with food, drinks, music and raffle prizes. We went back and had a great time! We had several drinks and some plate of bbq (all on the house) and even won something from the raffle! We had been considering just staying in but were glad we went, and the employees were all very nice and thanked us for coming out.

But I wouldn't let anyone else touch my machine.

I used to like coming to this place but apparently they have change the rules of the rewards to where you can no longer use your $25 off discount towards kratom. Kratom is the only reason why I go to this place, so I will no longer be going to vape city. Smokerz Paradize still lets you use your rewards towards kratom. read more
