With the house that I bought Jarred was exceptional with his help. I had special needs when buying this house, I had a specific price range, I was paying cash, I have a husband who is completely disabled and needed special requirements. Jarred work with me for almost a year with the purchase of my home. We looked at a lot of houses, some had the right number of bedrooms but couldn't accommodate my husband. There were the ones that could accommodate my husband but would have required too much work.
