Less than two hours after an appointment of two fillings and a cap, the injection sites where Dr. Santavicca had poked me for novocaine had stopped aching. The hardware is as good as I have had in 40+ years of modern dentistry, and the software technology seems to be the optimal level of sophistication (including 3D imaging that accesses "before", "during", and "after" tooth alteration procedures). Another thing I noticed with this nearly all-female staff was that their dexterity was top notch the entire time, 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. So, it is first thing in the morning, and both the dentist and technician were coordinating very complex checklists of elements with patient, but cheerful airs. How do they do this for every patient? Somehow, they do.

It is so difficult to book appointments, even if you are an established customer, unless you are booking a procedure with cash flow to the office. I waited a few months post my time for cleaning due to lack of staff only to be notified less than one week before my appointment with phone call stating appointment will need to be canceled due to no hygienist. They then stated when they hire someone they will call me to rebook. I've decided to leave the practice. Plus, the two secretaries both have attitudes making the whole overall experience poor.
