His rates are very reasonable as he quotes a full turnkey service to include all painting, trimming, removal of items such as lights, hardware, doorbells, etc. It took him almost 2 weeks to complete our entire house including the door and shutters. He paints the old fashioned way by using a brush and not rolling or spraying. He's quite meticulous. Once he was finished, he reinstalled all fixtures and lights. He said he would come this morning Saturday to powerwash the deck and return the next day Sunday and stain and seal the deck. He never showed up today. I called him at 8:30 am this morning and he said he would be here at 10 am. He never showed up without any notice. This company has no integrity and not dependable. Irvin called me on Saturday with an apology and informed me that he would come on Sunday, today, to perform the work. He came today and provided an excellent job. I will hire him again.
