Every evening, when they left, they put their stuff neatly out of the way and arranged things so we had access to what we would need. The work was spot on. The preparation to the area before they ever got to paint an inch was fantastic. Paper and tape and tarps protected everything. They moved the furniture and noted where we wanted things put back. They took photos of where we wanted our pictures to go and after the paint dried, they rehung them. The house, walls and trim look better than new. We couldn't be happier.

It caused damage to the ceiling around the chimney. The sheetrock bubbled up and water was dripping down. Antonio came and got up on the roof and ran a hose and he could see the water pouring in. He sent someone to caulk around the chimney. It was understood that he would fix the interior damage. We waited to test with windy rainstorms to make sure the caulk worked. Roll the clock forward - we called a couple times to get the interior work done and finally got to speak with Antonio. He is insisting that the interior damage was always there - before he put the roof on. He is basically calling us liars. He also said that he does not fix interior damage. He only fixes the roof if there is something wrong. So if the flashing they installed did caused leaking and damage due to an error in their work, you are out of luck. We did probably wait too long before pushing the issue. I would understand if he said too much time had elapsed, but instead, he proceeded to argue with us that the damage was already inside before the roof and flashing job. Shame on him.

We paid Brandon in advance and requested a refund less a reasonable amount for the time he spent and materials and he did not respond to mailed requests and hung up on me when I called. Check the better business bureau complaints before hiring him.

Our house should have never passed inspections for a CO based on roofing alone. Blower Door Test results: 39-qty of the can lighting are NOT sealed (=Winter heat escapes into Attic. =Summer 180 degree heat penetrates into the house (we had -0- ridge vents) Outside Wall Sockets are also NOT sealed. Thermal Imaging results: all 3 tray ceilings JOISTS are visible from inside (= -0- to "dusting" insulation above in the attic not per code in SC R38 ~22" Blown Insulation. We will turnover the report to builder for our 1yr Warranty expecting another "denied", but if not we'll insist PE crew perform the work confident house would finally pass code. Highly recommend their Energy Audit for old & NewCon especially before you close on the house!!!
