I usually have help in choosing a new computer but this time I did it myself and managed to buy a slower computer than the one I had. David who had come to do the onsite migration alerted me to this and so began the return process with Lenovo and he helped me find and order another more current laptop within my price range same day. WOW. This kind of care and service isn't found often. We knew he needed to return when the new laptop arrived, and he wasn't even going to charge me for a lot of the time he was at my home! David is super knowledgeable, confident, a great communicator, low key and gets things done. There aren't that many people with David's tech skills and patience so if you need help I would highly recommend giving him a call. I my view he's a lifesaver but he's so humble I know he would say I'm going too far but no. I'm not. He's a lifesaver.

But he did walk me through what would work for my laptop which allowed me to pick up a charger at a store in Sonora. Charles was very patient with me, answering my questions and alleviating my concerns with using a different charger.

I adore it! I wear it all the time now. WATCH is a remarkable resource for the local community. They provide resources, jobs, and community for adults who have intellectual disabilities in the Tuolumne area. After learning more about the program/non profit - I've been impressed by how active they are in the community. WATCH started back in 1972 and they were the first state funded service for adults with intellectual disabilities in Tuolumne County. Today, they serve 162 individuals and provide services that increase self sufficiency and support each individual's full participation in the community.
