I expected to pick up my computer the following week. Nope, Milo gave me a call that afternoon telling me my computer was ready for pickup. He fixed the Black Screen, installed Windows and HP updates, reset Edge, refreshed Mozilla Firefox, Bios updates, and scanned for "bad guys". Great service ! I highly recommend Titan. Ed M

First thing Doug had me do was place my computer on the counter. I informed Doug I had someone remote accessing my computer. He said well let's get down to it and find any programs related to this. In about 45 seconds he found four hidden in the program files. Milo then came over and off the top of his head named a few more. As opposed to giving me some BS " Oh we'll fix it " answer and not fixing it!!!!! They showed me in real time what they found. They kept it overnight to let it run. There we're a few other small issues that the other place couldn't fix or too lazy to try. Doug fixed everything!! I've had the computer back 6 days now and so far everything is nails!!!
