He made her wait…read morefor 45 minutes after she was prepped for the procedure, not because he was busy with a patient, but becuse he wasn't present in the facility. At a follow up appointment, he told her he hadn't even looked at the results and told her to call his assistant. The office had lost the test results. At another appointment he refused to see her and had a nurse meet with her instead. His staff clearly did not respect him and her GP was disgusted. My mom spent a lot of money and had to start over from square one with a different doctor.

She's calm, she's assertive, she's reassuring, she's open to what parents want to do for baby (!) - a true team effort feel, she listens intently, she provides advice and guidance thoughtfully, she is so graceful and warm to baby. Everyone is quick to transfer you to a phone line that is never picked up and always goes to vm. I have been told my appt that Ive shown up for is canceled despite receiving a reminder text from the office that my appointment was that day. Unfortunately, despite how good I think Dr. Stewart is, it's not worth the stress of trying to get help from any of the other staff. I have canceled appointments with other providers because this place cannot return a call to answer a question. They want you to come in for everything. Just need a referral for new hearing aids? you have to come in so they can check your vitals and charge you a copay so they can let you get a hearing test...so you can get new hearing aides. This is what my 78 year old father is dealing with. They just don't care here. Stay away
