I recently had a frustrating experience at your store. There were multiple employees working in the…read moreexchange/returns area and at self-checkout, but only one person available at the main checkout lane, where the line was very long. I asked if I could be helped at self-checkout and was told I had to use the main checkout lane. I then went to the exchange/returns counter to see if they could assist, but was again told no and directed back to the same long line. This was confusing, especially since I've been helped at both self-checkout and the exchange counter in the past. I understand that there are policies in place, but the current setup doesn't seem efficient or customer-focused. It would make more sense to allocate staff where they're most needed, especially during busy times, to better serve customers and reduce long wait times. Because of this experience, it honestly feels more convenient to shop online rather than deal with in-store inefficiencies.

Thea is a visionary who can do new and creative things with the pieces that you already have, or help you find great new pieces at whatever price point. She also teaches you about style points along the way, and explains why she recommends what she does. She knows great places to find affordable but high quality pieces. She is responsive, organized, cool, friendly, and a joy to work with. By the way, I understand that Thea not only handles personal styling, but related stuff too, e.g., styling/photo shoots and advising on dating app profiles, etc. Working with Thea was one of the best decisions I've made! Michelle was very pleasant and accommodating via email and set up an appointment with Kristin, one of her stylists. Kristin was fantastic - full of energy and a great personality.; we got along with ease. I never felt pressured to try anything I didn't like and she didn't hesitate to give her thoughts about any color or look she wasn't feeling. No pun intended but it really did feel like I was shopping with a friend. I powered through an exhausting 5 hours (I don't have much shopping endurance) and left with an assortment of new shirts, pants, jeans, and accessories. The experience definitely broadened my perspective and gave me a great foundation to continue with moving forward.
