Full Review: My now wife and I found Sara after searching through lots of wedding photographers, Sara's photos stood out from the rest. We contacted Sara, and discussed everything that we were looking for in a wedding photographer, and everything we wanted to avoid. My wife and I met with Sara, reviewed her portfolio; she listened to what we had as a vision for our wedding, and she gave us new and unique ideas adding to what we had in mind, and we decided to hire her right there on the spot. Since Sara was the first vendor we hired, we were extremely nervous about everything. We put her through weeks of e-mails, and phone calls, asking her a ton of questions. Yet, Sara remained patient with us throughout the entire process. Before our engagement session, Sara discussed with us, what made our love special, and unique. She also worked with us to find out about our hobbies, and passions. Sara came up with the idea of me learning, our song on guitar, and playing it for my wife as a surprise during the photo session. Our engagement session went perfectly. Sara met us at the location we chose (where we had our first kiss), and worked to create photos that really captured why we were getting married. Sara also worked with me as I am completely stiff in front of a camera. She not only made my wife look completely natural, but also me, and I'm the least photogenic, most stiff human ever created. She didn't use any generic posed shots, every photo captured a moment, memories that we were making that day. For the day of the wedding, Sara worked with my wife, and captured so many beautiful getting ready pictures. Sara's photo's displayed all of my wife's emotions before the big reveal. Every photo from the day of the wedding captured every unique moment of the ceremony. Sara worked through every crazy moment, working on her feet, even when things got delayed, Sara and her team coordinated everything to make sure we had enough time for all of the shots we wanted (which when totaled were about 800 photos!) Sara was always in the background, completely unnoticed, yet she captured everything in the ceremony. She let the ceremony be the focus of the moment; she wasn't hovering around distracting our guests or us from the moment. She worked flawlessly, capturing every key moment of the ceremony. For the reception, and cocktail hour, Sara took care of getting all of our family formal shots, as well as all of our wedding party photos. These photos are classic pictures of family, and they look beautiful. Sara captured every little detail my wife and I created for the wedding day. Everything that we made was featured in the photos, even the smallest details. The photos of my wife and I were taken during night, and add contrast to the rest of the photos. The photos matched our wedding theme, and came out beautiful. Something that I think should be pointed out is, I work with a team of photographers, and graphic designers at work. Every one of them commented on how amazing our wedding photos came out. Sara is not only is an amazing photographer, and artist, but a great person. My experience with Jennifer Neves was the one significant source of stress in an otherwise perfect celebration. As a calm, organized person, I took every effort to plan thoroughly and communicate clearly. Unfortunately, Jennifer's negativity turned this into an unnecessarily stressful experience. Leading up to the wedding, Jennifer consistently expressed doubts about our timeline and criticized my plans in ways that felt discouraging. During our pre-wedding call, I provided a well-organized list of requested shots--simple family photos and individual shots with my bridesmaids. Despite my reassurances that we were a straightforward group, she insisted we wouldn't have time, remarking that "we're only as quick as the slowest link." She also commented that attending cocktail hour would be "unrealistic" due to my photo requests, despite my flexibility about missing it if necessary. Despite repeated assurances that my bridal party was prompt and prepared, she continued to doubt our plans, even discussing with my wedding planner how "unrealistic" my expectations were. Instead of being helpful, her approach added unnecessary stress, making me feel that she was setting us up to fail rather than offering solutions. Jennifer also fixated on Newport traffic, frequently reminding us how "horrible" it would be on the Fourth of July. This only added unnecessary stress over an aspect I had no control over. On the day itself, traffic was smooth, and she arrived nearly an hour early. However, instead of making use of the extra time calmly, she immediately started questioning whether everything was ready and seemed irritated that the flowers weren't set up--all despite her arriving ahead of schedule. Her negative energy was noticeable, creating tension for my bridal party, to the point that my matron of honor had to pull her aside and ask her to be more positive. Ironically, everything Jennifer had stressed about went smoothly. We finished hair and makeup early, had plenty of time to capture all the requested photos, and wrapped up over an hour ahead of schedule. She even acknowledged, "I typically don't believe most brides when they say they're organized, but I was wrong." While somewhat gratifying, this did little to erase the anxiety and tension she had created leading up to the wedding. After the ceremony, we even made it to cocktail hour--another point she had doubted. In hindsight, I deeply regret how much stress her pessimism added to what should have been a joyful experience. After the wedding, Jennifer's dismissive attitude continued. Upon receiving the photos, I was heartbroken to find that she hadn't captured the individual photos with my mother that I had requested and emphasized as being very important. Instead, there were plenty of individual shots with other family members, but only two with my mother. As a bride managing countless details, I trusted that my photographer would prioritize the key shots I had specified. When I reached out to ask if additional photos were available or edits could be made, Jennifer was unapologetic, blaming the sunlight and putting responsibility back on us. When I asked if any retouching was possible, her response was curt and unhelpful. If I could change one thing about my wedding, it would be choosing a photographer who could bring positivity, professionalism, and flexibility. Jennifer added more stress than any vendor should. If you want someone who will enhance your wedding day and make it feel special, I recommend looking elsewhere.

A series of brainstorming sessions full of laughter and whimsical at their offices, narrowing down the details as to the photos we kindly asked to be taken during the first-look and later after the ceremony during the cocktail hour (and with any vendor we would recommend that you be specific as possible and convey succinctly in writing what it is you're looking for and want), Mariah and Trish, having familiarity with our venue, were able to keep things well organized on our wedding day. They captured the best perspectives while also putting to great use the natural light and lens flares, all the while keeping our 2-year-old, precocious niece occupied and happy throughout the photography shoots. That says a lot and that takes a lot when having to deal with multiple, somewhat un-attentive family members and friends as well. I had, so far as I knew, already hired Snap! to photograph my wedding, until they pulled a bait-and-switch. After I had spoken with a member of their team, agreed via email that I would hire her, received an email response back about how exited she were to work with me, and another email indicating from the company's owner telling me a contract would be sent out to me first thing the next day, I instead ultimately received a curt email letting me know that another couple had signed a contract for my same date that very morning and so no one from their team was available to work with me. Every other photographer I've spoken with has been kind enough to let me know when someone else even inquired about their availability on my date, while Snap! never indicated to me at all that anyone else had asked about that date, let alone that there was another contract being drafted or already floating out there, ready to be signed by another unsuspecting couple. They are totally unprofessional (not even returning my phone call, just responding with brief emails) and I would not recommend them to anyone.

She finally responded 6 days later and said she would fix the photos. 2 weeks have gone by and I still have not received the fixed photos I requested. I've text her thrice and emailed her to which I've had no response. Our photo shoot was June 29 and now it is August 15 and I still haven't received a product to which I'm pleased with that I've already paid for. The photos are over edited and similar looking to AI. However, some positive feedback I will say is her prices are fairly reasonable, she provided the cake for my baby's cake smash photos (and it was delicious), she allowed for outfit changes, and she was able to get some really good shots of my little one despite him not being in the best mood. I get we are all busy but I do feel like I've given Breanna ample time to respond to me to which she hasn't, so now I just hope that she reaches out to resolve the situation.
