I was recommended to Ozzie at Lucid Lending by my realtor for a home I'm closing on in the Asheville area on the 15th of December, so, even though I *thought* I had a good rate offered to me by another lender, I figured "hey, if they can even come close, add in being local and helping support the economy, let's consider it." ...to start with, they beat my 'good rate' by over a quarter of a percent (which is insane when rates are already as low as they are). That alone would make this a good review, but the news just doesn't end there. Ozzie and Nick have been regularly in touch with me about items for my upcoming close, helping me make sure that the details of my unique situation (moving over 1200 miles, and pretty close to simultaneously closing on selling my house in central Texas and buying the home in the area) go off without a hitch, which has helped tremendously for my peace of mind in this aspect of the next stage of my life.
