Our tow driver was very nice, patient and even got us laughing during a stressful situation. The guy working at the shop was very accommodating and told us up front they wouldn't be able to give us a fill diagnostic till after the weekend. Honesty up front is always appreciated even if its something bad. We'll probably have to get another tow to a different auto shop due to timing + services available but if we ever find ourselves in a situation, glad to know we have AAA there to help.
