We had a really good time here last night. Came in around 11:30, got a few drinks, and hit some of our favorite slots. The gaming floor wasn't crowded at all and the slots were pretty loose for a Tuesday night. After playing a few hours we decided to get a bite to eat at the 24 hour cafe. The food was ok but the girl at the register appeared to be burned out and in need of some help. My husband won $60 bucks on a machine as we were waiting on our food so that was a plus. It's been awhile since we have been to this place and I don't recall winning anything on previous visits. They do however have a Crab Leg Buffet on Friday nights that is one of the best around! There is plenty of truck parking and table games available as well. Sac N Fox is probably the best casino around in this region of Kansas. Stop by and have some fun!

What a strange little place. I have never been one to…read morefrequent casinos, and I have yet to understand their appeal but after a day of wandering backroads in NE Kansas on a Sunday drive, I found myself venturing into my first tribal casino. Upon arrival I showed my ID, created a PIN and was then given a players card with $25 free. OK. That's either great hospitality or clever marketing. I wandered around the small gaming room and looked for a machine that didn't look to complicated and proceeded in trying to strike it rich. After 15 minutes of neither winning nor losing significant amounts of money, I knew it was time to find a noisier and flashier machine with bigger wagers and go big or go home. With $20 still on my card, I found a $5 machine and in 4 punches it was gone. I took my 2 cash-out vouchers and redeemed my 83 cents and called it a victory. What I found most disappointing in the White Cloud Casino besides the cigarette smoke, and the overwhelming sense of meaninglessness and doom was the total lack of uniqueness. Other than the animal drawings on the outside of the building, there was no connection to the Iowa Tribe. I was hoping for some artwork, traditional food, a gift shop that sold crafts, I would have loved to bought an Iowa Tribe replica license plate that I saw in the parking lot or learned a bit of tribal history or culture; but not here and not today. Sometimes 83 cents is the most that you can expect.

Outstanding Service from Almin Hamsic We had an issue with…read morethe cleanliness of our room, but Almin Hamsic, the supervisor at Harrah's Casino, went above and beyond to make things right. He upgraded our room and even comped our dinner and drinks, completely turning the experience around for us. What really stood out was Almin's great personality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. He handled the situation with kindness and made us feel valued as guests. His customer service was exceptional, and it's clear that he takes pride in making sure people have a great experience. We truly appreciate everything he did for us and would absolutely recommend Harrah's because of people like him. We also have a great experience with Dan from security as well , he had such a great welcoming personality thanks Dan for being great

This review is only for the hotel not the casino. I was going to be in Kansas City for the Cardi B…read moreconcert and wanted to stay somewhat close to downtown without the high fees, I looked on my Caesar's app since I live here in Vegas and seen they had a Harrahs so I booked the upgraded Las Vegas room with two doubles, the total came to $156 with the $15.95 resort fee to be paid when checking in. Check in was at 4pm we arrived around 4:30pm there was no line and check in was a breeze. They do charge a $75 deposit if you use a credit card and $100 deposit if you use a debit card and I believe that is per night just so you're aware most hotels do that nowadays. We stayed on the 3rd floor of the Las Vegas tower and the room was amazing very clean and new, the bathroom was amazing a large soaking tub and standing glass shower nice big space, the room was spacious. We were only sleeping there so we didn't need to much, we did not go into the casino at all we were so tired after getting back and slept late, Check out is at 11am. Overall great stay! Next time I'm in town I would love to check out all that the property has to offer.
