I love the community of people I have met here, the variety of instructors, the flexibility of class times and pricing options. I have felt supported in my practice in ways no other yoga studio offers. There is a spirit of lifetime learning with an emphasis on strength, health and longevity. My only warning is that once you start coming consistently you will feel so amazing that not going is simply not an option (the return of your aches and pains and compromise of overall well being will be a constant reminder to get back into your practice at Inner Harmony Yoga!). I was only able to make it to two different workouts and both times I was half awake, but they were great! I've never been much of a TRX person and the two classes I took were perfect for introducing me into it. I took the black light boot camp class that was 30 minutes which was perfect to get a quick work out in, and then a 55 minute boot camp that wasn't black light. Just think, lots of burpees and trx moves. It's hidden in an alley, and downstairs in a basement which makes it a little hard to find, but once you find the alley the signage is really good to find this place. I'll definitely be back next time I'm visiting!

Here's a little secret: during huckleberry season, you will find there are plenty of huckleberry bushes scattered throughout the different trails. I would suggest grabbing a handful to snack on while you are hiking. If you aren't sure what they look like, Google "huckleberry bushes." The second you taste the sweetness of one, you will know. Be sure to bring some water with you if this is your first time. Also, don't forget to take lots of pictures!

Plus the aforementioned racks. No wait for a squat rack in the morning. Then the quarantine hit and the owner was cool enough to let us borrow equipment to stay in shape. It is cool that he did something for us, when his being closed was 100% not his fault. And FWIW, it is a very clean gym. If your idea of a gym is a place one goes to lift heavy things, MUST will not disappoint.
