I ended up paying out of pocket at the pharmacy instead of calling and asking the practice to send in what was needed, (yet again!) just to avoid further delays and the toll it was taking on my mental health. For a mental health practice, the lack of empathy, urgency, and professionalism from the front desk and admin staff is alarming. My psychiatrist is kind, but the office is a mess.
