I truly can't say enough about the entire experience!!!! If you are on the fence - try it, if you think it's a little out there - try it, if you don't think you can float - try it, MOST importantly if you want to experience an almost euphoric level of relaxation- TRY IT!!! It's an absolutely amazing experience! & THIS PLACE knows what they're doing! We met the husband, Joey of the ownership duo - in addition to his knowledge and guidance for first time 'floaters' being spot on - he was also just genuinely kind and pleasant to talk to! The entire place is pristinely clean and calming ...and each person is escorted to their own private room for the entire session to include changing, prep, floating, and your own personal shower for after your float! I'm telling you - you have to try it! I completely understand now how people go once and are hooked! Also it's worth mentioning that with the ridiculously amazing prices this place offers, you can actually afford the new found obsession!!

I tried the sauna then a cold plunge. I only lasted 10 seconds in the cold plunge but it was well worth it. Next time I go back I'm trying the floatation capsule. Autumn was amazing giving me a tour of the spa and was super friendly. She even texted me after apologizing for not being able to say goodbye because she was giving a couple a tour when I left. I'll definitely be going back next weekend!

I feel very lucky to have access to Kelta, which is locally owned and operated by good people who are genuinely invested in wellness and community building. This is a low-pressure, welcoming spot that deserves to thrive. The staff always makes me feel welcome, online booking is easy, and they treat their patrons right. Was condescending and told me how new her type of practice would be new (despite being a long time yogi and attending acupuncture - the meridian flow was initially of interest but she did not ask just made assumptions). Too many cues for her subjective versions of Standard asana, and yet was condescending and corrective as if there on right way to do yoga. Very clear that she has her following and calling out people as if they are doing things "wrong" because they don't put their palms up, down, or sideways is the antithesis of yoga. Her over cued practice was distracting - long warm up with minimal sequence for a flow not dynamic. As a practitioner of over 20 years, I've taken classes with amazing, knowledgeable teachers and have learned to trust myself. l, and recovering from injury while trying to find grounding is what I need and did not find this a safe space to practice. A real range of people show up to practice and all feel comfortable and accommodated. The focus is on asana practice, mostly slowish flow vinyasa. Practicing here was a refreshing change from the typical "commercial" studio. Gina taught a unique, wonderful flow targeting all the appropriate muscles for the poses. I'm a yoga teacher myself and tend to get caught up in the details of the teachings when I practice, however, here it was easier to just let go, stay mindful and sink into the practice as a student. He was flopping my neck from side to side. I tried to communicate but he spoke little English . I tried to tell him the steam was burning my neck. It wasn't relaxing at all. If I go back, I definitely only want Nozomi.
