My husband and I just had a couples massage with Mike and Emily yesterday, and let me say, it was to die for! This was my husband's first time getting a massage, so I thought getting a couple's massage would ease his anxiety. Mike and Emily were very kind and accommodating to each of our needs. I've only had one other massage it my life, but this one was the best, hands down! We left both feeling like jelly and super relaxed. The spa itself has a very relaxing atmosphere and was very clean. You simply can't beat the Groupon for Sacred Hands... so worth it to at least try this place with a Groupon and see if you like it. I believe it was $36 for an hour of Swedish Massage! Anyway, it is located in a small plaza with its own parking lot, so that's convenient. I originally had a noon appointment, but the massage therapist called me to tell me she had an opening at 10:30, and I was able to make it to that, so I switched it. I got there around 10:20, no one was there except me and the massage therapist... went to the ladies room, quickly went to the massage room and changed. I found this place because of Groupon, and I am so glad I tried it! The place felt warm, welcoming, and elegant. My massage therapist, Jelani, was kind, sensible, and with superb skills. My neck and shoulder/back areas were quite knotted, and he was especially attentive in working those areas; I felt so much better after the massage! I am appreciative of the Groupons affording me to go for massages more often than I could, but I am extra grateful for finding an awesome massage therapist. Sacred Hands Massage is hands down one of the best massage places I've been to. I bought a Groupon package of 3 massages for $90 for my mom for mother's day and checked yelp and FB page for reviews prior to buying the Groupon. Although we had a scheduling and re scheduling dance, Michael was able to find a time that worked for him and my mother and me. We were warmly greeted and then proceeded to the massages in separate rooms. To begin with, my mom and I are super sensitive to smells and so grateful there weren't that any oil infused odors, incense, or candles that let off odors. The massage I received from Michael was so tailored to what I needed and he had some great advice on what I could do afterwards to prevent muscle tightening. I was in heaven! After the massage, he gave us a tour of the place and explained his services. We will definitely be back! read more

DO NOT BUY A GROUPON FROM THIS PLACE. They don't answer the phone and you always have to leave a message. it took a week and a half to finally talk to someone to make an appointment. Then the day of my appointment, it was cancelled last minute. I understand things happen. I reschedule, and after I am told to get there 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, the door is locked. I am told after the fact that they lock the door while they're in session. This is something they could have told me. I may have waited. I probably won't get my money back, but I'm done dealing with this place. read more

I had a great experience at Sacred Hands after purchasing a Groupon for a one hour massage! I called in the middle of the week and they were able to fit me in right away that Saturday. While the area itself is a bit dodgy, the plaza the salon is in is quite nice and felt very safe. My massage therapist was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My mother and I came here a week ago and LOVED it! Our experience was great! It was our first time and definitely won't be our last. I had Michael for a massage and it was incredible. I was experiencing a good amount of pain from getting back into training at my gym and he worked out any areas I was have trouble with along with helping me find a peace of mind for a while. Sacred hands massage and wellness - I went for a massage with friends (group of 4 of us) and when we got there, we found that there had been some confusion with the scheduling. The manager Mike said he would make it up to me. He sure did. The same group of 4 of us got 30-45 minutes added onto our massages. It was easily The Best massage I'd ever gotten (and not just because it was an hour and 45 minutes). I've gotten massages before but the expertise was clear and they really are good at what they do there. Would definitely recommend coming here!! read more

Well, now THAT one got cancelled. I don't have another appointment for 3 weeks. Honestly, I get very nervous about getting massages because the low level of comfort they can sometimes bring but my neck and upper back were hurting so badly that I had to go. I had a massage with Michael and it went extremely well. I had been suffering with a lot of pain in my right shoulder for a week or so and when I left, the level of pain was close to 0. He really worked to get that knot out and gave me some useful tips to help me work on my posture and relax my upper body so I wouldn't have to deal with this problem again. He was very professional and an expert in his field. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I felt great after and I would like to return at least once a month! read more

If I could go lower of rating I would! Received groupon for a massage, made the appointment, explained it was a 45 minute drive. Asked for me to come early to fill out paperwork. I arrived a half hour early and as I was walking to the door I received a call from the therapist that he would not be able to make it in. I responded I was already there and I drove 45 minutes. His response, "I don't know what to say but they told me I needed to call you and tell you I can't make it." I walked in and asked for the owner in which the older woman at the desk stated he was not in. I explained what had just happened and her flippet response was, " Oh, yes well you can reschedule or just get your money back".. Not the customer service expected at a Massage and Wellness business. Kuianna might well be the best masseuse ever but Michael's nasty rudeness kept me from ever getting the massage I paid for. He wouldn't call her or follow up on my appointment in any way and only said "Tell me you didn't drive far to get here" which I had. He refused to honor my appointment and refused a refund either, even when I forwarded my e-mails from Kuianna confirming the appointment. At the end of the day, I was down about 2 hours drive worth of gas money and after I got a refund from Groupon Michael told me to "enjoy my freebee" Not sure paying for something you don't receive is a "Freebee".
