The building is clean, orderly, and easy to navigate. Uniforms are required for all students. This school accepts children from all faith backgrounds; however, the school is run under the auspices of a conservative Pentecostal church and the curriculum reflects that (you can kiss accurate science goodbye, basically). The teachers are all professing Christians but they do not all attend the affiliated church (which is attached to the school, by the way). Each teacher seems to really care about the students and their families; contact between parents and teachers is encouraged and fostered. I do not have many positive things to say about the principal. I believe that she does honestly care for the the welfare of the children and their families. However, I have found her to be excessively blunt and just sort of cold. Not one of my favorite people to interact with and never has been. The office staff are extremely sweet and seem to have very cordial relationships with most of the students and their parents.

The video production program is the program I chose because I had a passion but I chose wrong. The teachers in the program take away the love for video production. They are rude and not kind to the students. Many students decided to drop out of the school or class because of the environment around video production. The teachers choose favorites and are cruel to the students they don't like. They act like children themselves when they are supposed to be professional. (example: making racist jokes, sexual jokes, misogynistic jokes, and crossing boundaries with students.) They have completely taken the fun away from the program, I do not recommend this program if you are attending ccts. I would stay as far away from these teachers because they are constantly looking for trouble.

What tickles my fancy about this school is that the graduates come out with marketable skills for jobs! The school also offers job placement! They still can opt for college, of course. I'm hoping my son decides he wants to attend. I'm going to push him a wee bit. The principal seemed stoked and proud of the school and its "products." The overall school atmosphere is like something out of a fairytale. From pick up to drop off, we are greeted with smiling faces, kind students, friendly parents and an overall feeling of inclusion. Academically, we were impressed with the curriculum at the PK and K levels. In addition to his normal class schedule, our son has two special-subject areas each day; one being Coding (taught by the amazing Rachel Kaplan). All special areas are wonderful, but as I understand it, MFS is the only school in NJ to teach Coding (which is the future) at the PK and K levels. We are planning to start our younger son, age 2, into the PS program next year as he will be old enough to enroll (age 3) by September.

He came from a private school in Philadelphia where he graduated top of his class, and won Pennsylvania awards for musicianship and was head chorister at his professional church choir. He is also now an award winning pianist and composer. His creativity was saved at MFS by Ed Robertson and Rich Marcucci - just wonderful artists and musicians. Other than that no one else seemed to care about his level of musicianship. During his junior year we asked for specific help about applying to creative and performing arts schools. During College admissions night, the guidance counselors admitted to us they had no process in place for developing our creative students' porfolios. After checking with Westtown School, Friends Central, Friends Select and Germantown Friends, we realized that MFS was really lacking in their ability to help our creative children. After spending $16,000 a year on our son's high school education we were truly disappointed in MFS's lack of help for our creative child and also their lack of folow up after the college admissions night. They really had no idea how to treat college applications for creative students. They only seemed to are about Ivy League level students and had no interest in their creative students. We would truly like to know whether things have changed. If not, I will continue to recommend Moorestown High School or one of the Philadelphia Friends Schools if parents have a creative child and live in this area. Renee Jones

Its Quaker traditions of intellectual honesty, respect for the individual and service to humanity go back 325+ years. Small classes (approx. 550 students total, over 14 grades of instruction) taught by a brilliant faculty, with whom your kids will be a on first-name basis from day one. Very strong in STEM, English, foreign languages, social sciences/international relations, fine arts, music, and theater. Boasts a dynamic inter-scholastic sports program. Foreign students in attendance from every corner of the earth. Pricey--yes, but very generous aid is available for families that need it. Meaningful overseas student trips offered every year: most recently, for instance: spend a week volunteering in a Guatemalan orphanage, or check out the cultural treasures of Italy, or hike in Nepal, or study ecology in Costa Rica! Indeed, my daughter received such a fine and broad education at Friends Select that upon graduating in June 2015, she was admitted to Harvard, Yale, Penn and Georgetown. I joined him today, per his request. This church is beautiful and humongous ... a bit too over the top for me though, with the large screens (you can follow bible verses, readings, and song lyrics), concert type performances and loudness on the microphones. As much as I love music, I prefer a talking service, with minimal singing. I'll go again to support my son but I'll stick with my little, much quieter parish. Lovely people but not for me.

It's a place that truly loves God and stands firmly on His Word. The pastor teaches the Gospel clearly and doesn't shy away from speaking truth... even when it challenges you to look at your own heart. Those messages are exactly what's needed today, and they always point back to growing closer to Jesus. Another thing we love is the kids and youth ministries. My kiddos absolutely love going! It's a fun, welcoming environment, but more importantly, the teachers genuinely care about guiding kids and teens toward a real relationship with Jesus. If you're looking for a God-loving church that teaches the Bible, this is a good place.

(huge mistake!) this school has very rude immature employees. The second grade teacher is absolutely the worst. He was tested before coming in, but everytime we asked for more reinforcement the teacher took it as an insult to ask for materials, even said to the child's mother that he doesn't belong there. My daughter had an issue with it and asked for guidance on how to get added study material and the teacher was rude and disrespectful. Grammar was horrible and the principal did absolutely nothing and just let her teachers run all over her. When asked if other parents are proactive in their children's school the principal actually said no! And the reasoning was absurd!! She actually said because the teachers do a good enough job reviewing in class!! What education facility gets mad at a mom for asking for more study material at home?? It is a very small school which was exciting at first but the atmosphere is extremely one sided and they are watered down Christian's. They take Christianity as a joke. It is not a professional environment at all! Walked in to speak to the principal and none of them were dressed in professional attire. The vice principal came out in jeans and a sweatshirt and the teacher was in a skin tight dress. Demeanor was extremely poor and on the defense, and so incredibly rude! Please if looking for schools and you find this one because it is on the cheaper side, there is absolutely a reason why it is cheaper. We made the mistake of bargain shopping but it was a total waste of money. They are far behind on education materials and you are never allowed to question a thing. This was not a Christian school it was more like the reason why people turn their backs on God, thank God I have been a faithful servant of Christ my whole life to see what they were actually doing. I will pray for them and the students who are there and their parents who feel safe thinking they made the right choice for child

Over the past 7 years, we sent our children to 3 different local preschools/daycares in the area. One of them is a nationally known "brand" and yeah it was pricey and good, but our favorite place hands down is All Children Smile. The owner is always on site, the facility is spotless considering all those darn kids, and the yard/playground area is huge. All the teachers and aides knew my shy daughter by both her name and personality. Even the ones who didn't teach her! And she loved this school. Great communication, pre-K curriculum and a safe atmosphere.
