I give 3 stars not because of the service, but because of the inconsistencies. I'm guessing an issue with the owner creates fluctuating prices and constant employee turn over. It would be really nice to find a therapist I can grow with and they can learn me and my likes without having to start over with every visit. Also, I'm pretty annoyed that they "used" to have a buy 6 get one free perk and they suddenly did away with it right before I was about to earn mine. That was the main reason I went there. Guess I have to find another place to go. I've met the owner before, and she was kinda rude to me. It all kinda makes sense. Girl, get it together and take care of your people.

She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and wasn't causing any discomfort to myself or the baby. I love that she asked me what scents she should avoid during the massage, I hadn't really thought about it but while pregnant there are just centain smells you just can't stand. So I appreciated her attention to the little details prior to my arrival. I only asked her to avoid lavander because I'm allergic to it, but she ended up avoiding anything scented, which I appreciated. Sometimes I don't know if something is going to make me nauseous until I smell it, so avoiding anything scented so my nausea wouldn't be triggered was very thoughtful of her. She was gentle yet applied enough pressure on tight spots without hurting me. She mentioned that massaging feet was her specialty, however, my feet are very ticklish so I asked her to avoid touching them. However, I can only imagine how good of a foot massage she gives because when she was working on my legs and thighs (getting closer to my feet) the better I felt she got at the massage! Since she had to avoid my feet she gave me a face massage, which, up until then I didn't know could be so enjoyable and didn't know was as relaxing as it was. Ms. Chandra also mentioned she does body art and henna tattoos, which I've been wanting to do. She is new to Holistic Healing but I hope she sticks around for a while because I truly enjoyed her service! Each masseuse has their own fee end I believe hers was $75 and she is well worth it!

Over my last few visits, the quality hasn't felt as consistent as it used to be. One thing I still find strange is that despite the name "Foot Reflexology," my feet are never actually massaged during a full-body session. I used to really look forward to coming here, but now I mostly stop in only when I really need a massage.

The masseuse was nice but there was absolutely no technique or pressure. He was just rubbing my calves in oil up and down with no pressure whatsoever. I asked for more pressure and he said he understood. But he continued to just rub my legs and feet. Instead of a massage it felt like I was just getting stroked. Left the experience unsatisfied. There are no frills here. And you have got to be extremely vocal with what you want. I've also heard loud customers complaining while I'm getting massaged about things like, the music played being too loud (it wasn't but I'm making note of the limited privacy and how your massage/relaxation can be interrupted) , and I've been in a massage next to a guy very vocal to the masseuse about NOT massaging center areas and he kept having to tell them over and over. I've experienced that as well. I'll say only my hands and feet and have ended up laying on the table in a full body. So again please be sure they understand what you are saying and know what you're walking into. In my experience, and tbh I go here often. 90 minutes is good. Do 30 in the open chair, and then do an hour behind a curtain on a table. One thing I will say is I noticed they only do your back when you're on the table (you lay on your stomach) they don't flip you over and do both sides. Which I don't like. Other than that, I don't mind and I feel for $70 it's ok.
