Then you'll complain and they'll pretend to care again, get you a new planner who also doesn't respond for weeks!!!!! Then when you complain, they tell you to be professional. The staff here SUCKS. Only book if you're fluent in planning weddings or plan to use an outside planner. The venue is beautiful but WORST SERVICE EVER!!! And at about $30K!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. My experience here was unfortunately defined by the hosting more than the food. Upon arrival, I saw…read morethe pan being prepared for paella and greeted the man and woman on the deck in front. They informed me they were going to an maje paella. I of course replied, 'I'm in!' My wife and kids inside, we were seated in an empty dining room and immediately informed of the number of reservations the restaurant was expecting, followed by a firm notice that our table would need to be turned within an hour and a half. She went on to inform us of how busy they expected to be that day. This was communicated before we were offered a wine menu, water, or any standard welcome. If I were looking to buy in or invest, it would be fine to discuss the ebb and flow of business but we wanted just to try a new place. I understand that reservation management is part of running a successful restaurant, but how that information is delivered matters a great deal. Leading with constraints rather than hospitality sets an uncomfortable tone -- particularly in a room with empty tables. A simple acknowledgment of the time window after seating, paired with the wine list and a warm greeting, would have made the same operational point without making guests feel like an inconvenience. Ultimately, we decided not to disrupt the reservations and spend our day elsewhere. I would encourage management to revisit front-of-house training. The first ninety seconds of a guest's experience shapes the entire meal, and prioritizing efficiency over welcome undermines whatever the kitchen has to offer. My prediction; less than two years this place will be up for lease.

Playlists are also provided but they easily used a Spotify playlist we provided. DJ Joey contacted us by phone in advance to review our outline and obtain context on the general demographics of our guests. He arrived early and after meeting in person again reviewed the timetable for the evening. He flawlessly executed our outline and actually improved it. Bottom line, he had the dance floor full the entire evening. The light show we purchased was crazy good too for the price point ($150). Give this company your close consideration, you won't be sorry.
