The mexican lady that works in the front of the store (cashier) is lovely. She answers all your questions and is very helpful. You can tell she either likes her job or just knows how to provide excellent customer service. They have a good selection of plus size things it's not a big selection but it's definitely good and the prices are a lil above say Ross or dds etc but still reasonable.

Plenty of toys, snacks, and jewelry or cosmetics options. Definitely a discount store worth checking out. Many items less than Dollar Tree (so, under $1.25). Surprised that they were not yet on Yelp, so we added them. Hopefully, the community will give them a chance and find some good deals like we did. This place is on our list for our next visit to the Victorville area.

Treating your customers with respect and greeting them is very important to have a successful business. If you have helpers that work for you that do not acknowledge your customers or try to help them, you will not succeed. I watched for a while and they did the same thing to other customer. I was thinking and making an assumption, no wonder it is probably dead in here. This younger generation is distracted by electronics and do not know how to interact with people in the real world. If it's not a text message they do not know how to interact with people. Us as managers need to teach our employees how to treat customers to continue a good relationship for business. Very Sad...

She introduced herself and explained the layout and offered assistance. The place is so neat and every lot has a theme. There was so many inserting things and I'm sure there's something for everyone.
