I have made many purchases primarily clothing from here either via online or in person. Kohl's have many great brands. My favorite brand is Croft & Barrow. Their clothing is always of great quality. This store is bright, clean, and organized. Wonderful selections. Great value. They have Sephora in house. Online purchases are easy to make. Pick ups are usually fast and smooth. In person visits are fun because I get to stroll through the various sections. Staff are friendly and helpful. This Kohl's used to be a drop off location for Amazon and other business returns. There are a lot of misplaced items although the whole time we were there the employees were running past us with hands full of items to put back so at least they're putting in the effort to keep it organized. The sections that hold the clothes are so narrow, only one person can fit at a time so if you're next to someone and want to pass them, you have to go all the way around and enter on the other side. I imagine this is due to the small size of the store but I could see this being a nightmare when they're packed. The dressing rooms are awkward and a bit dirty. They have no AC running in that area so changing clothes felt very uncomfortable as the temperature hit you. The line wasn't terrible but they have most of the employees restocking so the checkouts were fairly empty. I'll keep coming back for the deals! I went home with so many clothes.

The last time we were here there was one staff member helping someone else but they seemed like friends, the conversation was extremely inappropriate and I had my children present. They have a lot of brands and selections in Men's shoes, but don't have most of the same brand or style on the women's side, it's very odd. The selection is not limited but it's geared to a specific style and we have a hard time finding shoes that the kids like. We come here out of convenience but I think we'll just take the extra time to go to the mall in the future.
