While I was waiting for the tow truck, George from the Valero gas station noticed I was stopped in a dangerous spot and came over to check on me. Even though I wasn't there for service, he helped me move my car to a safer area and made sure I was okay. That kind of kindness is rare and meant so much in a stressful moment. Maria's Towing also arrived quickly, and the driver was incredibly friendly and professional. He checked the car, took photos, explained what he thought might be wrong, and made sure I stayed warm and dry in the truck while he loaded my car in the rain.
