I have a minor incident and had to replace the front bumper and grill. Given the popularity of this auto body shop, it wasn't the easiest to get the earliest appointment. However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed). Response to owner- I understand your situation, however I do think it would have been appropriate for you to tell me you were going to be out of office for some time. That would've explained the silence on the other end, and also could have saved me a lot of time as well, as I really needed my car repaired and you told me you would take care of it. Wishing you and your family all the best. Like someone else said, good luck getting in touch with Eric. He simply never answers the phone. The phone rings and rings and eventually goes to voicemail. There's an option to text him as well, but you don't hear back in real time and it can take a few days to get a response. I've never seen a car shop ran this way? He replies eventually but it's frustrating to never be able to speak to someone in real time. At some point I was texting everyday for three days straight and finally was able to get in touch with him by phone. Sorry but I'm super dependent on my car and if I'm bringing it to your shop for repairs, I need to be able to get in touch with you. I understand if you're busy and can't come to the phone sometimes, but to not ever get in touch with a real live person almost every single time is simply unacceptable, come on. I ended up taking my car to a different shop because of the communication issue, and I'm really glad I made that decision. Called up a shop in queens and *gasp* someone actually picked up the phone. Got my car in right away and repairs were fast. Again, I'm not saying Eric won't get back to you. He eventually will after a few days. If you're fine with that and don't care about reaching someone live in real time for the majority of your interaction with them, then by all means go ahead. Not my cup of tea. read more

So I'm definitely very late making this review. About 6 weeks ago I had scratches on my front bumper. I took it to K2 after he quoted me a great price and after taking my charger to him 48 hours later it was fixed. I had to brought my my 2015 acura to K2 to replace my front bumper after the accident and Eric and Sang 'super kind' took care of my car and my insurance so well. It took about a week for them to order and replace my crushed front bumper. They even went above and beyond and covered scratches that I had on my car witch they didn't have to (thank you so much so nice of you!) My acura was reborn after all!
