I ended up representing myself and winning the case on my own. Of course, Ms. Cuellar never refunded the $1500.00 retainer fee that she charged me. Also, pertinent financial documentation that I had given Ms. Cuellar was never returned. Instead her office mailed it out to an old address of mine in another county.
